Do you dispense NHS prescriptions?Yes, we dispense NHS prescriptions. You can bring a paper copy of the prescription or nominate us for electronic prescriptions (EPS). Speak to a member of staff in-store or let your GP know to send your prescription electronically to Audley Pharmacy, South Audley Street.

Do you dispense private prescriptions?We offer a dispensing service for private prescriptions. Please ask in-store. We stock a wide range of medicines and in most cases, we can dispense your prescription whilst you wait. You can find out the cost of your private prescription medicines by asking in-store.

What is a one-off prescription?A one-off prescription is issued by a prescriber such as your GP for a specific condition that requires a single dose or short-term treatment. For example, a prescription for a 7 days course of antibiotics. You can get a one-off prescription dispensed in-store, simply ask a member of staff in-store.

Can I nominate your pharmacy for repeat prescription?Yes, the Electronic Prescription System (EPS) can be used to send repeat prescriptions as well as one-off prescriptions by your doctor to a pharmacy of your choice. If you have not nominated our pharmacy yet with your GP, you can ask your doctor to send your prescriptions electronically to our pharmacy.

Can I get health advice and over-the-counter medicines from the pharmacy?Yes, you can speak with a pharmacy team to get health advice and recommendation for over-the-counter medicines. You can buy over-the-counter medicines for a wide range of health conditions.

When can I collect my prescription medication?You can normally collect your prescription within 24 hours of it being issued. We will contact you when it is ready to collect.

Can I book an appointment with a pharmacist?Too book an appointment with a pharmacist, head to our Services and choose which service you'd like to book an appointment for.
